What counts as an AI feature?
An AI feature is one agreed workflow, such as text rewriting, translation, summarization. Standard includes one feature plus a separate chatbot. Premium includes two features plus a RAG chatbot. Complex voice agents, multi-step automations and additional integrations require separate scoping.
What does the Basic package include?
Basic includes a working full-stack website with up to four pages, authentication, a database and either one simple chatbot or one basic automation. A basic automation covers one trigger, up to two connected services and one defined outcome. An admin dashboard and saved history are not included.
How do the Standard and Premium chatbots differ?
Standard uses a short, agreed company brief within the chatbot instructions. Premium adds document retrieval through RAG, allowing the chatbot to use relevant information from your supplied company documents. RAG does not train or fine-tune the underlying model.
What documents are included in Premium RAG?
Premium covers one knowledge base with up to 10 text-based PDF, DOCX or TXT files, totaling up to 100 pages. Scanned documents, complex tables, ongoing data synchronization and larger collections require separate assessment. Please share representative samples before ordering.
Is deployment included?
Premium includes deployment of the frontend, backend and database to one agreed hosting environment, application configuration, domain connection and HTTPS setup where supported, plus a live functionality check. Basic and Standard include local delivery; deployment is available as an extra.
Who pays for hosting and AI services?
You provide the required accounts and pay domain, hosting, AI API and other third-party charges directly. These recurring fees are separate from development and deployment. The AI provider and any additional services are agreed before development.
Will I receive the complete source code?
Yes. Every package includes the custom frontend and backend source code, database migrations or schema, configuration examples and setup instructions. Third-party libraries and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
How are pages and revisions counted?
Each distinct screen counts as a page, including login, signup and dashboard screens. Revisions cover adjustments within the agreed design and functionality. New pages, features, integrations or changes to approved workflows are quoted separately.
Does this include subscriptions or mobile apps?
These packages cover a responsive web application for desktop and mobile browsers. Subscription billing, payment gateways, native Android or iOS apps, and browser extensions are not included unless separately agreed.
Is ongoing maintenance included?
Ongoing hosting administration, monitoring, backups, future updates and server migrations are not included. Maintenance can be scoped separately. Premium deployment covers the initial setup and verification of the agreed application.
