What does the Basic package cover?
Basic covers one minor issue in an existing n8n workflow, such as an incorrect field mapping, expression or node setting. API authentication, complex logic and AI agent troubleshooting belong in the higher packages. Please share the issue before ordering so I can confirm its scope.
What counts as one issue?
One issue is a specific, reproducible fault with an agreed expected result, such as a webhook returning an incorrect response. Several failed nodes may have one cause, while one node may contain multiple unrelated faults. I review the details before confirming the package.
What do you need to troubleshoot my workflow?
Please provide the workflow JSON export, exact error message, steps to reproduce it, expected result and sample input with sensitive data removed. Include your n8n version and whether you use n8n Cloud or a self-hosted instance. Do not include passwords or API keys in screenshots or exports.
Can you fix AI agents and voice agent integrations?
Premium covers up to two related issues in one existing AI agent workflow, including tool calls, output parsing and API requests. This can include the n8n side of an existing voice integration. Building a new agent, redesigning a voice system or training a model requires a separate quote.
Do the API and action counts include new integrations?
No. For this repair service, the listed counts limit the existing APIs, tools and trigger/action steps involved in the agreed fix. They do not include building new integrations or reviewing every node in a large workflow. The package description also limits the number of issues covered.
What will I receive?
You will receive the corrected workflow export, a short explanation of the changes and test results for the agreed scenario. If authorized access to your existing instance is provided, we can agree to apply the fix there. New server setup and deployment are not included.
What if the problem comes from an external service?
Some failures come from expired credentials, account permissions, exhausted credits, provider outages or API restrictions. I can identify these dependencies and explain the required action, but changes to your account or the provider's service must be handled by you or that provider. No working fix
What do revisions cover?
Revisions cover adjustments to the delivered fix for the originally agreed issue and test scenario. New errors, additional features, unrelated workflow changes and problems introduced by later third-party updates require a separate scope.
