What do you need from me to start?
Your app link, website URL or design file, your logo and brand colours, and either a script or a few key points. If you don't have a script, copywriting is included on the top two packages.
Can you record my actual app or website?
Yes — real screen capture is how I build most of these. A Figma or XD file gives the sharpest result, but a live link or clean s
Will this meet App Store and Play Store requirements?
Yes, if you tell me before ordering. Both stores have their own length and aspect-ratio rules, and a video built to those specs from the start looks better than one resized afterwards.
Do I get device mockups?
Phone, tablet and desktop frames are included from the middle package up. Tell me which devices matter for your product and I'll build around those.
Can I get vertical and square versions for ads?
The middle package includes a vertical cut. The top package includes three platform cuts, so you can run the same video across your site, feed and stories without ordering again.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard times are on each package. Rush delivery is available as an add-on — message me your deadline before ordering and I'll confirm what's realistic rather than promise and scramble.
Do I own the video and get the source files?
The final video is yours to use anywhere — website, ads, stores, pitch decks, no restrictions. Project source files are available as an add-on if your team wants to make future edits in-house.
What if I don't like the first version?
You approve the script and visual plan before I animate, so the first draft is already close to what you expected. Revisions are included per package, and if something's off, tell me plainly what isn't working — that's faster than either of us guessing.
