FAQ
Do I need to give you access to my CRM?
No. The starter build runs on a form or a spreadsheet you already own. If you want CRM write-back later, that is the Premium package and you stay in control of the connection.
What lead sources can you connect?
Website and Typeform/Google Forms, a shared inbox (Gmail/Outlook), Calendly, Facebook/Instagram lead forms, GoHighLevel, and CSV uploads. If yours is not listed, message me before ordering and I will confirm.
Will it email people automatically without me seeing it?
Not by default. The agent drafts; you approve. Fully automatic sending is available on request, but I recommend running approval-first for the first two weeks so you can see how it scores real leads.
What does it cost to run every month?
Usually 5 to 20 USD in AI usage for a normal agency lead volume, plus whatever your automation tool costs. I will tell you the exact expected number for your volume before you order.
How do you know what a good lead looks like for my agency?
We build the rubric from your real history: your last 10 to 20 leads, which ones you took, which you turned down, and why. That is a 20-minute questionnaire, not a workshop.
Will the replies sound like AI?
They should not. I write the reply patterns from your own past emails and hold them to your sentence length, greeting and sign-off. If a draft reads generic, that is a revision and I fix it.
How long until it is live?
Starter: 3 days. Standard: 5 days. Premium: 7 days. The clock starts when I have your lead source and the questionnaire back.
What exactly do you need from me to start?
Where your leads come from, 10-20 past leads with your verdict on each, 3-5 real replies you have sent, and your service and price ranges. That is it.
What if the scoring gets leads wrong?
Expected in week one. Every package includes a tuning pass after you have seen real leads run through it, which is what the included revisions are for.
Can you add follow-ups, a CRM or a dashboard later?
Yes. Follow-up sequences, CRM write-back, a weekly digest and a monthly tuning retainer are all natural next steps. Existing buyers get them as custom offers.
