Yes. WhatsApp Business Platform integration can be added for clients who need the agent to reply directly on WhatsApp.
What do you need before starting?
Please provide your business goal, website URL, desired workflow, FAQs/documents, branding details, and approved access for any required API or database.
What can the AI agent do?
It can answer customer questions, search product data, check stock, retrieve verified order details, create support tickets, qualify leads, route requests to a human, and automate approved business workflows.
Can the agent connect to my CRM or database?
Standard and Premium packages can include one limited approved integration. Complex integrations, multiple systems, sensitive customer data, payment flows, SAP/ERP, or WhatsApp require a custom quote.
