A: Basic is 1 day, Standard 3 days, Premium 4 days. Most minor fixes are done well inside that. Send me the URL first and I will give you a realistic timeline before you order.

A: That is normal. Send me your site URL and a screenshot of whatever you are seeing. I will find the cause and tell you what it is before you pay anything.
Q: What if you cannot fix it?
A: Then you do not pay. I diagnose first and tell you honestly if something is outside what I can do, rather than taking the order and hoping.
Q: Will you break something else on my site?
Ans: I take a full backup before I start, change only what needs changing, and test the site on desktop and mobile before delivery.

Ans: Yes. White screens and lockouts are usually fixable through hosting or FTP access without the WordPress dashboard. Send me your hosting login and I will work from there.
