What access do you need for a WordPress migration?
Usually WordPress admin, source cPanel or hosting, destination hosting, and domain DNS access. Provide credentials only through Fiverr's order requirements.
Will my website have zero downtime?
I minimize downtime through planning and DNS checks, but zero downtime cannot be guaranteed because DNS propagation and third-party hosting are outside my control.
Do you migrate email accounts too?
Email migration is not included by default. I can review the mailbox count, storage size, and provider requirements and send a custom offer when appropriate.
Do you fix malware or hacked websites?
Malware cleanup is outside the standard packages and requires a separate security review before I confirm scope and price.
