What do you need from me to start?
Your use case, target platform (website / WhatsApp / Slack), and training data (PDFs, FAQs, docs, or website URL). After you order, I’ll confirm the best package and timeline.
2. Will the chatbot invent answers (hallucinate)?
I use RAG so the bot answers from your provided data. If something isn’t in your docs, it can say it doesn’t know instead of guessing — we configure this during setup.
3. What’s the difference between Basic, Standard, and Premium?
Basic: FAQ/docs chatbot (up to 20 pages) + demo chat UI. Standard: Larger knowledge base, memory, and website-ready widget. Premium: Multiple sources (including website scraping), advanced features, and source code handover.
4. Do I need my own OpenAI / Claude API key?
Yes, in most cases you’ll use your own API key so you control usage and billing. I can help you set it up. If you prefer, we can discuss hosting options in the chat before ordering.
5. Can you embed the chatbot on my website?
Yes. Standard and Premium include an embeddable widget. Share your site platform (WordPress, Webflow, custom, etc.) after ordering so I can guide the install.
6. How long does delivery take?
Basic: about 5 days, Standard: 7 days, Premium: 10 days — depending on how quickly you provide documents and feedback. Extra-fast delivery is available as an add-on.
7. Do you provide source code?
Source code handover is included in the Premium package. Lower packages include a working bot/demo; upgrade or message me if you need full code ownership.
8. Is this just a ChatGPT wrapper?
No. I build a retrieval pipeline over YOUR data (vector DB + RAG) so answers are grounded in your business content, not generic ChatGPT replies.
