Which documents can it use?
PDFs, Word, Google Docs, Notion exports, CSVs and website pages.
Will it make things up?
It answers only from your documents and shows the source. If your documents don't cover a question, it says so or hands off to a human.
Who pays the AI costs?
You pay OpenAI, Claude or Gemini directly. Costs depend on usage, and I'll estimate them for your volume before we start.
Can it run on WhatsApp?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API on Standard and Premium. You'll need a Meta business account.
Do I own the code?
Yes, you get the full source code and setup docs.
