Developed Karachi AQI Predictor, a machine learning application for forecasting air quality. Worked with Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Streamlit and Hopsworks throughout the project. Tested multiple machine learning models and selected Gradient Boosting based on model performance. Used SHAP to understand model predictions and feature importance. Set up automated model/data updates using GitHub Actions. Built the application to provide 72-hour AQI forecasts through an interactive Streamlit interface
