You'll need to grant VPS/server access (or a temporary account) so I can work directly on your system. I don't ask for anything beyond what's needed for the specific job, and I'll walk you through exactly what access is required before you send anything.
What happens after delivery if something breaks again?
Basic and Standard include the revisions listed above for issues related to the original scope. Premium includes 7 days of post-delivery support for anything related to the work delivered.
