Do I need a 3D model or CAD file to order?
Yes, this is required to start. I work from your existing 3D model, CAD file, or architectural drawings (.fbx, .obj, .skp, .dwg, .rvt, or similar). If you don't have one yet, message me first — 3D modeling can be scoped as an add-on.
Do I need a VR headset to use the final product?
No. The 360° tour is web-embed ready and works in any browser — no headset needed. VR builds (Meta Quest / PC-VR) are only included in higher packages for buyers who specifically want the immersive headset experience.
Which VR headsets are supported?
Meta Quest 2, 3, and Pro (standalone .APK, wireless) and PC-VR headsets via a high-fidelity .EXE build.
How long does delivery take?
Depends on package and project complexity — typically 5 days for a single 360° tour, 10 days for a full cinematic walkthrough, and 15–18 days for the complete VR experience. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
Can you work from sketches or 2D floor plans instead of a 3D model?
I primarily require a 3D model/CAD file for accuracy. If you only have 2D plans or sketches, message me first to discuss — this may require an additional 3D modeling phase.
