What do I need to start the work?
I need your list of leads, script guidelines, and anything that will help me to understand your business like your website. It would be great if you let me know the competitive advantage of your business over your competitors.
Can you record calls?
Actually, it is illegal in most of the states, call recording is not offered at this time.
What's success or sales conversion rate?
We can't presume anything in cold calling. I usually set 2-3 appointments out of 150 calls, and 10-15 out of 700 cold calls. These figures vary from time to time and case to case.
How do you compile the calls data and deliver it to clients?
Proper call documentation is made. Every cold call will have detailed notes in an Excel sheet about the conversations that took place, along with highlights showing which leads need immediate attention, and insights as to foremost opportunities.
