Are you looking for a professional Bookkeeper to well manage the business finances for internal and external reporting and who is well versed in bookkeeping, accounting and financial reporting standards and workflows using cloud accounting software?

Im the Bookkeeper who records all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. Regularly post information to accounting journals/software and reconcile accounts to ensure their accuracy. Im proficient in attention to detail and strong organizational skills, while working in a fast paced, high volume environment.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile and record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process

Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger

Bring the books to the trial balance stage

Perform partial checks of the posting process

Complete tax forms and file tax reports such as sales and use tax, 1099 reporting, and other required reporting as necessary for all companies

Enter data, maintain records and time reports and financial statements

Reconcile daily closing reports and account for discrepancies
