What do you need to start my WordPress website?
I need your business details, required pages, logo, brand colors, website content, preferred features, and reference websites. Domain, hosting, and WordPress access can be provided securely after the order begins.
Do you provide domain and hosting?
Domain and hosting costs are not included. I can recommend a suitable provider and configure your domain, hosting, SSL, WordPress, and business email settings where applicable.
Can you redesign my existing WordPress website?
Yes. I can redesign an outdated WordPress website while preserving approved content and functionality. I will review the current website before confirming the package and timeline.
Will my website work on mobile and tablet devices?
Yes. Every package includes responsive optimization for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, followed by cross-device testing before delivery.
Do you provide website content and images?
Content upload is included according to the selected package. The buyer should provide final text, logo, and brand assets. Licensed stock assets may be used where suitable, but professional copywriting is not included unless agreed separately.

What is included in a revision?
A revision covers reasonable changes within the original approved scope. New pages, new features, complete design changes, or requirements added after work begins may require an extra or custom offer.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. I provide support for issues related to the delivered work: 7 days for Basic, 14 days for Standard, and 30 days for Premium. New features and third-party issues are not included.
What WordPress security measures are included?
I will apply standard WordPress security measures, including SSL setup, secure logins, firewall and spam protection, updates, database safeguards, and backups where supported. Complete protection cannot be guaranteed, as security also depends on hosting, plugins, updates, and user practices.
