I will set up instantly ai, smartlead, cold email infrastructure and fix spam
Muller Leon
About this gig
Are your cold emails landing straight in the spam folder? Are your open rates dropping below 40%?
With Google and Yahoos strict email authentication rules, generic setup parameters do not work anymore. If your DNS records are misconfigured, your domain reputation gets destroyed, and your leads go to waste.
I specialize in building bulletproof, high-deliverability Cold Email Infrastructure using Instantly.ai and Smartlead.ai to ensure your outreach lands directly in the primary inbox.
What I Will Do For You:
- Technical DNS Configuration: Flawless setup of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to pass strict spam filters.
- Domain Infrastructure Setup: Configuration of secondary domain name forwarding and custom tracking domains (CTD) to completely remove system footprints.
- Inbox Creation & Connection: Setting up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts and safely linking them to Instantly or Smartlead via IMAP/SMTP.
- Smart Warmup Activation: Configuring optimal daily sending limits and gradual warmup schedules to naturally scale sender reputation.
- Spam & Blacklist Audit: Checking your current technical setup using advanced testing parameters to resolve existing issues.

FAQ
What credentials do you need?
I need temporary admin access to your domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy), your email provider (e.g., Google Workspace), and your sending platform (Instantly or Smartlead).
Do you provide the domains and email accounts?
No. You must purchase the domains and email accounts. I will handle the technical backend setup, routing, and platform configuration for them.
How long until I can send cold emails?
The technical setup takes 24–48 hours. However, your new email inboxes must sit in the warmup phase for 14 to 21 days to safely protect your domain reputation.
