Yes, sure. But you have to choose a right package. Basic package only for photo restoration
What is the method to identify the damaged level of my photo?
Minor damage is where about one-fifth of the work needs to be done. About a third of the photo needs work that is medium damage. High loss means that half or more of the photo needs to be worked on. But it is not always the same. So my suggestion is for guys to contact me to get more information.
