Do I need to create the Shopify account myself?
Yes, that's best. You create the store (the free trial is fine) so ownership and billing stay in your name. After you order, I send a collaborator request and you approve it. That's all I need.
Can you create and set up a Shopify store for me?
Absolutely! I can create and professionally set up your Shopify store according to your business requirements. Once everything is ready, I can transfer the store to you using your email address. You can then select your preferred Shopify plan and start running your store.
Can you work on a store I've already started?
Yes. Many clients come to me with a half-finished store. I'll review what's there, keep what works and complete the rest within your package.
Do you need my Shopify password?
No. I never ask for passwords. I work through Shopify's collaborator access, which you control and can remove at any time.
Which theme will you use?
Any free Shopify theme such as Dawn, or a premium theme you've purchased. I'll recommend one that suits your products. Premium themes are bought by you directly from the Shopify Theme Store.
How many products can you add?
Starter includes 10, Launch Ready 30 and Complete Store 60. Need more? Add the Extra Products option, or use my Shopify product upload gig for large catalogs.
Do you set up payments and shipping?
Yes: payment settings, shipping zones and rates, and checkout options. Shopify requires the store owner to complete identity and bank verification personally, so I'll guide you through that part.
Can you connect my domain?
Yes. If you bought your domain through Shopify, it connects automatically. If it's from another provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.), I'll give you exact DNS steps and verify the connection.
Can you guarantee sales?
No one can honestly guarantee sales. What I deliver is a clean, working and trustworthy store foundation, so your marketing has somewhere solid to send customers.
