The primary software I'm using are EAGLE and Altium Designer, but still open to any software you propose

If you already have the schematic or circuit diagram ready with you, then you can send it to me to get started. It will be helpful if you have the source file otherwise you can also send me the circuit diagram in PDF or Image format and I can make the schematic to design the PCB.

You'll receive a GERBER file, which is all you need to send to any PCB manufacturer. For complete assembly, you'll receive additional files like a Bill of Materials (BOM) listing all components and a Centroid file (PNP) for pick-and-place machines. (optional: 3D files).
