Do I need to know how to code?
No. I handle the full build and deployment. You'll get a simple admin dashboard to manage bookings and upload documents no technical skill needed on your end.
Who pays for OpenAI/Vapi/hosting costs?
You do, directly to those providers this keeps your ongoing costs transparent and usually just a few dollars to start (free tiers cover testing and low call volume). My price covers the build and setup only, not usage.
What do I need to provide before we start?
An OpenAI API key, a Vapi account, and a hosting account (Render + Neon + Vercel all have free tiers). I'll walk you through creating these if you're new to them.
Can the agent handle my specific FAQs and pricing?
Yes Standard and Premium include RAG, meaning I load your actual documents (pricing sheets, policies, service menus) so the agent answers from your real content, not a generic script. It will say "let me have someone call you back" rather than guess, if it doesn't know something.
Can it integrate with my existing CRM or calendar?
Basic and Standard include an internal booking database built in. External CRM/calendar sync (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Google Calendar, etc.) is included in Premium, or available as an add-on.
Will it work with a real phone number?
Yes the agent connects to a phone number through Vapi and handles live calls.
What if my business isn't car detailing?
The system is built to work for any appointment-based business salons, clinics, contractors, auto services, and similar. Message me first if your use case is unusual so I can confirm scope before you order.
How many revisions do I get?
1 on Basic, 2 on Standard, 3 on Premium. Additional revisions are available as an add-on.
Is the source code included?
Only in the Premium package. Basic and Standard are delivered as a hosted, working system without code handover.
