Which APIs can you connect?
Any REST API with documentation. SOAP/legacy APIs are also possible via an Azure middleware layer (Premium).
What do you need from me?
The API documentation (or a Postman collection) and test credentials. I never need your production passwords.
What about API keys and secrets, where are they stored?
Securely in the connector's connection settings or Azure Key Vault, never hardcoded in flows.
My API isn't public / it's inside our network
Possible via the on-premises data gateway or an Azure relay I'll advise the best route for your setup.
Do custom connectors need a premium license?
Yes, using custom connectors requires a Power Automate/Apps premium license. I'll confirm what your scenario needs before we start so there are no surprise costs.
