FAQ
Why work with us!?
We offer high-quality illustration services and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.. :)
What is your turnaround time?
I give importance to swift delivery. Turnaround times vary based on factors like image complexity and font availability. Some orders may take minutes, while others a few days. Contact me for precise turnaround estimates.
Can You Convert LOGO to High Resolution ?
Certainly! I can convert your low-resolution logo into a high-quality, 300dpi print-ready file in various formats such as Ai, SVG, ESP, PSD, PDF, PNG, and JPG.
Can you do my order in 5-10 minutes?
Please understand that vectorizing isn't instantaneous. Each image requires manual redraws with the pen tool, followed by rendering, checking, packing, and delivery. Thus, completing orders in just 5 minutes isn't achievable.
What cannot be recreated in vector?
Vector graphics have limitations compared to raster graphics, meaning certain effects are impossible to replicate. These include realistic photos, images of people, most 3D objects, bevel effects, and complex textures.
Do you vectorize sketches or photos of logos?
Indeed, but please reach out for a preview first. Additionally, vectorizing sketches incurs a higher cost compared to vectorizing ready-made designs.
Can you remove a background?
Certainly! I specialize in removing backgrounds from images. Feel free to send me the image you'd like to have the background removed from, and I'll take care of it for you.
Can you give me a discount?
If you have multiple images, we can negotiate the pricing accordingly. Feel free to reach out, and we can discuss the cost based on the number of images you need edited.
Can You Trace Objects From Photographs Taken From Mobile Phone ?
Absolutely! We can trace objects from photographs taken with a mobile phone. Our tracing process is versatile and can accommodate images captured from various devices. Just send us the photos, and we'll handle the rest.
What method do you use for vector tracing?
We use 100% manual vector tracing.
