Which Joomla versions can you upgrade?
Any version from Joomla 2.5, 3.x, 4.x or 5.x to the latest Joomla 5 or 6. If your site is on Joomla 1.5, please contact me before ordering so I can check it and send a custom offer.
Will my site go down during the upgrade?
No. I take a full backup and do the upgrade on a copy of your site, on my localhost or a subdomain. Your live site stays online and is replaced only after the upgraded copy is tested.
What do you need from me to start?
Your hosting control panel (cPanel) access and Joomla administrator login. Please also tell me your current Joomla version and any extensions that are important for your site.
What if an extension or template is not compatible with the new Joomla?
I check all extensions and the template before the upgrade. If one has no compatible version, I will tell you and suggest an alternative. Replacing or rebuilding it may need an extra or a custom offer.
