Which AI does the chatbot use and what does it cost to run?
I use leading LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google) through a secure server proxy, so your API key is never exposed. For a small business the running cost is usually a few euros per month. I explain the costs before we start.
Can you connect the site to the tools I already use?
Yes. Anything with an API: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Stripe, WhatsApp, Supabase and more. Tell me your tools and I will confirm before you order.
Do I own the website and the code?
Yes, 100 percent. You get the full source code and all accounts are in your name. No lock-in, no monthly fee to me.
