I will build a custom api or python backend for your n8n automation

About this gig
You hit the wall every no-code builder hits. The file is too big, the job takes too long and times out, the API you need has no integration, or the platform simply cannot do the thing.
That is the work I do. I build the service that sits behind your workflow and does what the platform cannot.
TYPICAL JOBS
- Custom API endpoint your n8n, Make or Zapier workflow can call
- Long-running jobs moved to a background worker so nothing times out
- Integration with an API that has no ready-made node
- File processing at scale: conversion, compression, parsing, extraction
- Scraping or data pipelines with real error handling
- Database layer when a spreadsheet has stopped being enough
BUILT WITH
Python, FastAPI, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL or MySQL, Docker. Deployed and documented, ready to drop into your workflow as an HTTP node.
TRACK RECORD
I built a 150+ endpoint FastAPI backend handling PDF, image, video and audio conversion, with Celery and Redis running the heavy jobs and a task pattern that lets an external workflow poll safely. I also run a production school system across 7,000+ students.
Tell me where your automation is stuck and I will tell you if this fixes it.

FAQ
Who hosts it, and what does hosting cost?
Your server or your cloud account, so you keep control and there is no dependency on me. A small service runs comfortably on a $5-10/month VPS. If you have no preference I will recommend the cheapest option that fits your volume.
Do I own the code?
Yes, completely. You get the full source, the deployment setup and the documentation. Nothing is obfuscated and there is no license to renew.
I am not sure what I need - I just know my workflow is stuck.
Message me before ordering and describe where it breaks. I will tell you which package fits, or tell you honestly that you do not need this gig. That answer is free.
How does this connect to my existing n8n or Make workflow?
It becomes an HTTP Request node. I give you the URL, the request format and an example call, so plugging it in takes a couple of minutes.
What if it breaks after delivery?
Anything that does not work as specified, I fix - that is not a revision, it is the job. For changes in scope or ongoing changes, the 30-day support extra covers it.
