FAQ
What type of data entry work do you handle?
I handle Excel Data Entry, Copy Paste, Web Research, PDF to Excel, Data Cleaning, CRM Data Entry, Product Data Entry, Shopify uploads, Airtable updates, Data Annotation/Tagging and other structured data tasks.
How do the hourly packages work?
You buy hours of my working time, not a fixed record count. How many rows that covers depends on the source and complexity. Message me your file first and I will tell you honestly what fits in 3, 6 or 12 hours so nobody is surprised at delivery.
Can you convert PDFs, images or scanned files?
Yes. PDF to Excel, Word to Excel and image to text are all covered. Clear digital PDFs convert fastest. Handwritten or low-quality scans take longer per page, so send a sample first and I will confirm the time needed.
Do you offer web scraping and Python data extraction?
Yes. I can handle Web Scraping, Data Extraction, Data Scraping and Python Script Extraction when the source is accessible and the scope is clear. Large-scale, automated, login-protected or complex scraping projects should be discussed before ordering.
Can you work with CRM and database projects?
Yes. I can assist with CRM Data Entry, CRM cleanup, Airtable, data organization and selected Database Management tasks. Advanced CRM workflows, integrations, automations or complex database administration require a custom scope.
Do you provide B2B lead generation and contact lists?
Yes. I can research and build B2B prospect lists, contact lists and enriched datasets based on agreed criteria. Because research depth and verification requirements vary, larger lead-generation projects are best discussed before ordering.
Can you upload products to Shopify or ecommerce stores?
Yes. I can support E-commerce Data Entry, Shopify Product Upload and Product Data Entry using the information and assets you provide. Large catalogs, complex variants or platform-specific requirements may need a custom offer.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. Your files and project information are used only for the agreed work and are not shared. I can also follow your formatting, access and confidentiality requirements where applicable.
What do you need before starting?
Please send clear instructions, source files or links, required output format, approximate volume, fields or columns needed, and a sample if available. For CRM, scraping, database or ecommerce work, include the platform and access requirements.

The quality was not as expected, even after iterating. He should have checked more deeply if he could actually deliver what I was asking for. I believe he has technical experience and good communication in general but took this gig too fast before evaluating.
