About this Gig
Greetings!! I am Nicholus Maundu. I design both simple and complex Circuits and Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) . I usually do an in-depth analysis of your circuit, suggest the best components to use, the best way to implement the circuit, do an awesome and industry standard board layout and finally bring your circuit board to existence. I use a variety of PCB Design software for circuit design which include:
- EasyEDA
- Altium Designer
- Proteus
- KiCad
- Eagle
- Circuit Maker
At the end of the design I provide the following files:
- Source files for Schematic and PCB
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Gerber file
- Pick and Place or Component Place file (CPL)
- 3D images of the PCB
- PDF version of the whole Circuit.

What design software do you use?
I am proficient in various design software like Altium Designer, KiCad, EasyEDA and Eagle. I primarily use both standard and professional versions of EasyEDA for most of the designs.
How long do you take to complete a PCB design from scratch?
The timeline usually depends on the complexity of your project. I usually analyze the circuit's complexity and provide an estimate delivery time for that specific project.
What files do you provide after the project is completely done?
I provide several files which will aid in manufacturing and also reviewing the circuit board. These include: Source Files (Schematic and PCB), Bill of Materials (BOM), Gerber File , Component Placement file (CPL) or Pick and Place file, 3D images of the Circuit Board and PDF version of the circuit.
What is the assurance of confidentiality of my project?
Confidentiality of your project is a key aspect to me and I am always willing to sign any Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) so that your project becomes private and protected.
How do start my PCB Design project?
Simply contact me with the specifications of of your project and we will discuss and agree after which I will officially start the design of your project.
