1. Can you fix any WordPress issue?
I can troubleshoot and fix many common WordPress issues. However, the solution depends on the website, hosting environment, plugins, theme, and availability of backups. Please contact me before placing an order.
2. What access do you need?
I may need temporary WordPress administrator access. For critical, database, SSL, or server-related issues, I may also need temporary hosting, cPanel, File Manager, or FTP access.
3. Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please send your website URL, a screenshot of the error, and details of what happened before the issue started. I will recommend the most suitable package.
4. Will you create a backup before making changes?
Yes, where possible. I will check whether a recent backup is available before making significant changes to the website.
5. Do you remove malware or repair hacked websites?
Malware removal and hacked website recovery are not included in this Gig. Please check my dedicated WordPress malware removal service or contact me for an assessment.
6. Do you provide premium plugins or themes?
No. The buyer must provide valid licenses for any premium plugins, themes, or third-party services required for the repair.
