There is simply no substitute for the authoritative, engaging tone of narration in the classic BBC style! With a Standard Southern British accent ("Received Pronunciation"), I will record a voice over for your project that does real justice to your script!
Not only as an experienced voice over artist, but as a trained linguist, accent coach, and academic writing specialist, I will pore over every word, studying how I can bring out a colour and texture that complements the tone and message. My aim is to produce a lucid, evocative voice over that enhances and partners with your video content (if supplied) as a seamless, unified work of art!
If creating a documentary or other video content, you'll want the timing of the narration to match the video precisely for maximum effect. In this case, you'll need "Timed Audio Sync" for your order (please refer to the FAQ on Timed Audio Sync for more details).

Are "Commercial Rights?" included, and what are they?
Yes! Your commercial rights authorize you to use the voice over for internal business purposes (including use on Personal Websites, Company Websites, etc.) and/or post to social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, & YouTube. For more info, www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership
What if my project is not a documentary or doesn't include video?
No problem! This gig highlights the classic BBC style of narration (the “gold standard” for documentaries), but if you'd like your script narrated with that type of rich, authoritative style, then you’re in the right place! (Be as descriptive as you like when giving instructions on tone/delivery.)
What is your Revision Policy?
1 FREE Revision: if you’re not happy with some aspect of the narration, you can ask me to “revise” it at NO additional charge (please be specific about how you would like it revised). But if you CHANGE your script after I’ve already recorded it, then you will need to purchase an extra revision.
I have video to go with my script. Do I need to send it to you (and how do send it)?
When adding Timed Audio Sync to your order (or if you'd like to send your video to help with my interpretation of the script): - Attach your video file(s) when filling out the rest of the order requirements. - For files larger than the 1GB limit, share via Dropbox or other file sharing services.
Will you add background music?
Yes! Select the background music add-on and send me any music tracks you want mixed with your voice over audio. I will use professional audio mixing software to make sure the voice over cuts through the music cleanly and seamlessly. I am also happy to help you locate appropriate royalty-free tracks.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, of course! I'm happy to provide a short sample read of up to a few lines from your script before you place your order (free of charge)!
What are "Full Broadcast Rights" and do I need them?
Full Broadcast Rights will grant you full rights to the voice over audio to use it in paid promotional channels such as paid Facebook ads and other paid online ads, Television or Radio broadcasting, etc. as laid out in fiverr's page on "ownership" rights: www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership
Are you okay with narrating sexually explicit or other "inappropriate" content?
Actually... no. I'm afraid I'll have to reserve the right not to narrate anything that goes against my conscience. If you're not sure, please message me, and we can talk over anything that might be in a "grey area."
Can I specify what tone / inflection to use for different parts of the script?
Absolutely! The more detail you give me, the better I'll be able to ensure that my interpretation of your script matches your vision! A space will be provided for this when you're filling out the order requirements.
How does "Script Proofreading" work? Will you edit my script?
Having spent years as a college-level writing tutor, I'll gladly suggest edits to your script! If selecting this add-on, please message me in your order about anything you want me to focus on (grammar, style, word choice). I will keep track of any changes and request your approval before recording.
