What do you need from me?
Your video title, the topic in one line, and either a channel link or photos to feature. If you have brand colors/fonts, send them; if not, I'll choose a look that fits your niche.
Can you match my channel's current thumbnail style?
Yes — send 2–3 of your existing thumbnails and I'll match the fonts, colors, and layout style so new thumbnails feel like yours.
Do you include the source file?
Standard and Premium include layered source files so you (or a future designer) can edit text later. Basic is a finished PNG/JPG only.
Will a better thumbnail raise my CTR?
A clear, high-contrast thumbnail removes a common reason people skip a video — but clicks also depend on your title, topic, and audience, so I can't guarantee CTR numbers. I guarantee a professional design, checked at mobile size.
How many words should the thumbnail text have?
Three to four words works best. If your text is longer, I'll suggest a shorter version (you approve it before I design).
