Which accounting software do you use?
I work in QuickBooks. If you use something else, please message me before ordering so I can confirm whether I can help.
What do I need to send you?
Your bank and credit card statements (or exports) for the months to be covered, and access to your QuickBooks file or exports from it. Please never share passwords. Where possible, invite me as an accountant user so you can remove my access at any time.
Do you handle tax, sales tax or inventory costing?
No. This gig covers categorisation, reconciliation, clean-up and financial reports. It does not include tax filing, sales tax, inventory costing or audit services.
When does the delivery time start?
Delivery starts once I have your statements and access to your books.
What do revisions cover?
Corrections to the work I delivered, such as a miscategorized transaction. Extra months, accounts or transactions are quoted separately.
Is my financial information kept private?
Yes. I only use your information to complete your order, and I keep it confidential.
