What do you need from me to start?
I’ll need a brief description of the issue, your website URL, and access credentials (FTP, CPanel, or GitHub). If you're not comfortable sharing access yet, we can start with a video call so you can show me the issue via screen-share.
How does the video consultation work?
We will use Fiverr’s built-in video call tool (Zoom integration). You can share your screen to show me the bug live. This allows me to analyze the code in real-time and explain the solution to you immediately, saving us hours of back-and-forth messaging.
What happens if you cannot fix the issue?
I follow a "No Fix, No Fee" policy. If I cannot find the root cause or provide a solution for your specific issue, I will cancel the order and you will receive a full refund. Your satisfaction and trust are my top priorities.
