Do we need a video call before you start?
No. Most projects can be confirmed through Fiverr messages, written specifications, screenshots, and repository access. If clarification is needed, I will send focused written questions.
What do you need from me before I order?
Please send your business goal, required features, acceptance criteria, target platform, relevant designs or assets, and existing system constraints. I will confirm the correct package or custom offer before you order.
What counts as one revision?
One revision means one consolidated round of changes within the originally agreed scope. New screens, workflows, components, integrations, or changed business requirements are quoted separately.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. For 14 days after delivery, I will correct defects caused by my implementation free of charge when they remain within the agreed acceptance criteria. New or changed requirements are not defect corrections.
Will I receive the source code and ownership?
Yes. The completed source code and project files are included. Ownership of newly created custom work transfers after payment. Existing open-source libraries, licensed assets, and third-party services remain subject to their original licenses.
How do you handle credentials and confidential data?
Please provide temporary, least-privilege project access whenever possible. Do not send production passwords, private keys, or sensitive customer data in ordinary messages. Access should be revoked after acceptance.
Are third-party fees included in the package price?
No. Hosting, cloud usage, API charges, paid plugins, licenses, and commercial assets are paid by the client unless explicitly included. I will not activate a paid service without approval.
What Salesforce solutions can you build?
I build Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, Apex services and tests, approval processes, API integrations, Agentforce actions, Data Cloud features, reports, dashboards, and scoped business modules.
What Salesforce access do you need?
A sandbox, scratch org, or development org is preferred. Please provide relevant metadata, the object model, permission information, API documentation, and the deployment target. Production access is used only when explicitly agreed.
How do you count a Flow, LWC, or API integration?
One Flow is one defined business process. One LWC is one independently testable component. One API integration is one external system with one authentication method and agreed endpoints. Larger scope requires an Extra or custom offer.
