FAQ
Do you use auto-tracing software or manual vector tracing?
I trace 100% manually using Adobe Illustrator's Pen Tool. I do not use automated tools, ensuring clean lines, sharp curves, and exact anchor point placement for maximum quality.
What file formats will I receive with my vector order?
You will receive all industry-standard formats: vector source files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF) along with high-resolution web formats (.PNG with transparent background and .JPG at 300 DPI).
What if my image/logo is very detailed or complex?
If your image contains highly complex graphics, mascots, 3D elements, or complex illustrations, please message me before ordering. I will review your file and provide a custom quote based on the detail required.
Can I use the vectorized file for large-scale printing?
Yes, absolutely! Vector files are resolution-independent. Once vectorised, your logo can be scaled infinitely to any size—from business cards to large outdoor billboards—without losing quality or pixelating.
How fast can you deliver my order if I am in a hurry?
Standard delivery is within 24 hours, but if you need it urgently, you can select the "Extra Fast Delivery" option at checkout for express delivery in just a few hours.
