Do you need access to my production environment?
Not for design or planning work. For hands-on implementation, I'll request the minimum permissions needed and work in isolated environments wherever possible. I never touch production without your explicit sign-off.
Can you work with my existing setup, not start from scratch?
Yes — most of my projects are improvements to existing pipelines and infrastructure. Just share what you have and I'll build on top of it.
Do you offer ongoing retainers?
Yes. Message me and we can discuss a monthly retainer for ongoing DevOps support, on-call coverage, or continued infrastructure work.
