Will the agent sound robotic?
No. I use natural voices from ElevenLabs and similar providers, and the agent handles interruptions and follow-up questions like a real receptionist. You'll hear test calls and approve the voice before launch.
How much will it cost to run each month?
Voice providers charge per minute of calls, plus a small fee for the phone number. Before we start, I'll estimate your monthly cost based on your call volume.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. Calls can forward from your existing number to the agent, either all calls, only after hours, or only when nobody picks up.
Which calendars and CRMs can it connect to?
Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce and most tools with an API. If you use something else, message me before ordering and I'll confirm it works.
What happens if a caller asks something the agent can't answer?
It can transfer the call to your team, or take a message and send it to you by text or email right away. You choose the rules during setup.
Vapi or Retell AI, which should I choose?
Both work well. I'll recommend one based on your call volume, budget and the integrations you need, and set everything up on your own account.
