What is headless WordPress, in simple terms?
WordPress stays as the place where you manage content. A separate Next.js website shows that content to visitors. The two talk through an API.
Will I still edit content in WordPress?
Yes. You log in to the same dashboard and edit pages, posts and products as before. Only the visitor-facing site changes.
Is headless right for my site?
Not always. It suits sites that need a custom design, better performance or a React frontend. For a small brochure site, standard WordPress is often enough, and I will tell you so
Can you convert my existing WordPress site to headless?
Yes. I review your content types, plugins and URLs first, then rebuild the frontend in Next.js while your content stays in WordPress.
Do you build headless WooCommerce stores?
Yes, in the Premium package or a custom offer. I build the catalog, product pages and cart in Next.js and agree the checkout approach with you before starting.
Will my plugins still work?
Plugins that manage data, such as SEO, custom fields and WooCommerce, usually keep working. Plugins that change the visual frontend, including page builders, do not carry over.
Do you use the RESTAPI or WPGraphQL?
I work mainly with the WordPress RESTAPI and the WooCommerce Store API, and add custom endpoints where needed. If your project already uses WPGraphQL, tell me and we can discuss it.
Can you build from my Figma design?
Yes. Send the Figma link and I will build the frontend to match it, responsive on mobile, tablet and desktop.
