I will write a technical b2b case study to build buyer trust and support sales
About this Gig
Strong technical work does not speak for itself. If buyers cannot see the problem, decision, and result, your best proof remains hidden.
I am a B2B case study writer for engineering, manufacturing, industrial, and technology companies. My background in engineering and technical writing helps me understand complex projects and explain them clearly. I turn customer insights, SME knowledge, and approved evidence into credible case studies and customer success stories that build buyer trust and support sales.
This is not generic sales copy. I cover the problem, constraints, decision criteria, solution, implementation, technical reasoning, and verified results. All claims come from supplied evidence and require client approval.

FAQ
Who is this technical B2B case study service for?
This Gig is for engineering, manufacturing, industrial, and technology companies with a real customer project and evidence to support it. It is not for academic assignments, fictional cases, engineering certification, or technical validation.
What exactly will I receive?
All packages include the approved case study as an editable Microsoft Word (.docx) file and a matching clean PDF. Premium also includes a separate, designed one-page PDF sales summary using client-supplied brand assets. It is not a multi-page brochure.
What information do I need to provide?
Provide the featured project, target buyer, intended use, and approved evidence. Useful sources include reports, notes, recordings, transcripts, customer feedback, technical documents, metrics, quotations, and brand guidance. Basic requires sufficient source material.
How do the interviews work?
Basic includes no interview. Standard includes one interview of up to 45 minutes, preferably with the customer. Premium includes two, ideally one customer and one internal SME. If the customer is unavailable, approved transcripts, recordings, or project records may be used.
Do I need the customer’s permission?
Yes. You are responsible for obtaining permission to use the customer’s name, logo, quotations, data, and results. I can write an anonymized case study when identification is not approved. Publication should occur only after customer and internal approval.
What if I do not have exact metrics?
I never invent metrics, quotations, or outcomes. Where numbers are unavailable, we can use specific, approved qualitative results such as operational improvements, risk reduction, or process changes. All factual claims require client approval.
What research is included?
Standard and Premium include focused desk research into your company, offering, customer industry, application, and terminology. This excludes paid databases, original market research, engineering validation, legal advice, and certification. Extended research needs a custom offer.
Will you publish the content on my website or social platforms?
No publishing is included in the packages or Extras. Website Version provides adapted website copy; the LinkedIn Extra provides three written posts. Uploading to a website, LinkedIn, Medium, or another platform requires a separately scoped custom offer.
How do revisions and approvals work?
Basic includes one revision; Standard and Premium include two. Revisions cover changes within the agreed project, buyer, and evidence. A new customer, audience, interview, or late evidence may require a custom offer. You approve all facts before publication.
How do you handle confidentiality and ownership?
I treat supplied material as confidential and do not publish or reuse it without permission. After full payment, you receive the rights provided under Fiverr’s terms and may edit, publish, and repurpose the approved deliverables. Agree to any NDA before ordering.
