What do you need from me to start?
Access to the code (Git repo or zip), Java/Spring Boot versions, clear steps to reproduce the bug (or a written feature description), and how you run/test the project. See the requirements questions below.
Can you work on a large or legacy codebase?
Yes, if it builds and runs. For very large scopes I'll assess it from your description first and suggest a custom offer rather than squeezing it into a package.
Will you work directly on my production server/database?
No. I work on code in a repo or test environment. You deploy to production yourself, using the change summary I provide.
What if the bug turns out to be bigger than the package?
I stop, explain what I found, and quote the difference as a custom extra before doing extra work. You never get a surprise bill.
Do you sign NDAs / keep code confidential?
Your code is used only for your order and never shared or reused. I'm happy to work under a buyer-provided NDA for larger orders.
