What file types can I use to train the chatbot?
PDFs, Word docs, plain text, and website content. If you have something in another format, message me and I'll let you know if it works.
Will the chatbot make up answers that aren't in my documents?
No. It only answers using the content you provide and cites where each answer came from. If it doesn't know, it says so instead of guessing.
Can I update the documents later?
Yes, updating the knowledge source is covered under revisions, or I can set it up so you can update it yourself going forward (Premium package).
Do I need any technical knowledge to use this?
