My career in technology training began at Seneca College in Richmond Hill , Ontario, where I initially joined as a student. After completing my studies, I was offered the opportunity to return as an instructor. This marked the beginning of my long-standing career in technology education and professional training. I later joined SHL Systemhouse, where I managed six IT training centres and gained valuable experience in delivering and managing technology education on a larger scale. In 1999, I ventured into self-employment and established my own company. I grew the company from a one-person operation into a staffed IT services organization and, by 2001, became a Microsoft Partner, specializing in IT infrastructure solutions. Running an IT company while continuing to teach technology gave me a unique combination of hands-on industry experience and teaching expertise. Rather than teaching technology solely from a classroom perspective, I was actively implementing and managing the technologies I taught for real businesses and organizations. Over the years, I have delivered training in Microsoft applications and a wide range of IT technologies, while simultaneously working as an IT consultant. This combination has allowed me to understand not only how technology works, but how businesses actually use it to solve real-world problems. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I continued my teaching online, including teaching a group of 25 students from the Philippines. Since the beginning of 2026, I have expanded my training focus into Artificial Intelligence and AI productivity tools, providing practical training to organizations and individuals. My approach is focused on helping people understand and confidently use modern AI tools to save time, improve productivity, and work more effectively. Today, I bring more than 30 years of combined IT industry, consulting, and technology training experience to every training engagement.
