How could we start?
Please contact me BEFORE buying any Gig to discuss all your requirements! It could happen that you need something that I could not do, or you might need custom coding, so to prevent cancellations please confirm with me a scope of work before the start.
What Zoho subscription do I need?
It depends on your needs. Maybe you need only CRM subscription, maybe multiple Zoho apps will be required to complete the project. If you need not only CRM, check Zoho One subscription plan. You could check terms and pricing on Zoho website.
Do you work with other CRM systems? Not Zoho?
Please contact me and send me all details, so I could check if I could help you.
How could I be confident that my data is safe?
Your privacy and data confidentiality are high priority for me. You could be sure that I will never share your credentials or data with other people. If you need, we could sign NDA.
How could I add you as a user to my account?
You could give me credentials of existing user or create a new one for me. Please use your company email address. You could not create a new user using my own email address.
Could you do a setup remotely?
Sorry but I do not do system setup and customisation remotely as it takes much more time. For rare exceptions please contact me if you have a very special inquiry.
I see that you are in India, but I am in USA (Australia etc) so we have a big time difference. How will you manage a project?
Despite a big time difference we can always find time for a meeting if needed. I am working during my working hours, if I need some review from your side, I will send you all questions and you could check them at any convenient for you time.
I am not sure are about my requirements. Could I buy a consultation?
Yes, sure. You could buy a consultation so we could discuss your business and your needs. Please send me a message and I will send you a custom offer. My consultation (up to 1 hour) costs 50 usd / hour.
Could you work with us on ongoing basis?
Yes, this is a usual practice with my clients. I could send you a custom offer for some number of hours that you could use during a few weeks or months. I track all tasks and time logs, and you could check how much time is spent for every task at any time.
