I'll tell you before going beyond the package hours. You can add extra hours or I'll send a custom offer. I never bill extra work without your approval.
What if you can't fix it ?
If I can't find or fix the issue, you don't pay: I cancel the order with a full refund and tell you what I found.
Do you need access to my full project ?
Yes, I need to run the app to reproduce the bug. A private repo invite is the easiest. Your code stays confidential and is only used for this order.
