Ownership of multiple projects, while coordinating with UX and business to understand practical inadequacies in the software and optimising the flows accordingly. Omni Item Allocation – Wavemaker & Related Systems Discovery, design and development for Wavemaker, a tool built for buyers in Sam’s Club for pre- season planning of import items, taking seasonality, similar item availability and logistics into account. Leading a team of 6 developers in Omni Item Allocation team working on Wavemaker, Like item feature, Linked item feature, Truck load optimization, Bulk upload for different parameters. GenAI as a Service – Enterprise Multi-Tenant AI Platform Built a multi-tenant Generative AI platform with a modular, plug-and-play architecture (Chat Session Manager, Context Manager, Knowledge Base), enabling seamless integration across enterprise systems and scalable deployment for diverse AI use cases. Payments Platform – Event Ordering & Reliability Developed Stitcher-based out-of-order event correction, improving determinism and robustness in payment event processing. Built features including Gift Card on Refund Failure, O2S V4 integration, and stability improvements across the payment services within the Order Management System. Cartonization as a Service (CAAS) – Core Logistics Engine Designed and implemented a multi-tenant microservice architecture (Spring Boot, Java) to power carton, container, and trailer packing decisions while enforcing shipping rules and item restrictions. Productionized deployments using Kubernetes, CosmosDB, Prometheus, Grafana, and automated CI/CD pipelines. Conducted analytical validation using Python (Jupyter) and PySpark (Databricks); built PowerBI dashboards enabling freezer/cooler space optimization across 597 clubs.
