About this gig

You need CAD done right not just fast.

Most freelancers deliver renders that fall apart in manufacturing. I deliver production-ready files built with DfM principles because I design real UAV airframes that get CNC machined and carbon-fiber fabricated at Aerora Dynamics.

I'm Narendra: NIT Andhra Pradesh mechanical engineer, Aerora Dynamics founder, ex-Drona Aviation systems engineering intern.

WHAT I DESIGN

Full hexacopter / octocopter airframe assemblies

Motor mounts, arm sockets, landing gear, propeller assemblies

Payload deployment and gimbal mount systems

Yaw-axis actuator mechanisms and servo linkages

Custom brackets, enclosures, structural components

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE

Native SolidWorks (.SLDPRT/.SLDASM) or Fusion 360 (.f3d) files

STEP + IGES for CAM/CNC software

STL for 3D print verification

DXF for drawings and laser cutting

SOFTWARE

SolidWorks 2024 · Fusion 360 · CATIA V5 · CREO · AutoCAD

MESSAGE ME BEFORE ORDERING.

I'm Narendra — founder of Aerora Dynamics, mechanical engineering student at NIT Andhra Pradesh. I specialize in drone systems: airframe structural design, FEA stress analysis, and production-ready assemblies that get manufactured, not just rendered. My designs have gone from CAD to CNC-machined carbon-fiber prototype. I interned at Drona Aviation on multi-rotor hardware integration. On the software side, I build the CV/ML pipelines that let drones navigate autonomously — a wrong prediction here causes a crash, not just a bad metric.
