Yes — that is the most common starting point. Send me hand sketches, photos of existing components, dimension sheets, or a verbal description. I will create the 3D geometry from your inputs and share a preview before finalising.
Do your designs consider manufacturing constraints or are they just for rendering?
Every design is built with Design for Manufacturing (DfM) in mind — realistic wall thicknesses for 3D printing, proper machining allowances for CNC, material-appropriate geometry for carbon-fiber layup, and tolerance specifications for assembly. I design drones that get built, not renders for pitch
Can you optimise an existing design to reduce weight or improve structural performance?
Absolutely. Send your existing CAD files (STEP, IGES, or native format). I will review the geometry, identify mass reduction opportunities, run FEA to verify structural integrity, and deliver an optimised version with a clear summary of changes made and why.
