I will fix or debug your broken n8n workflow

About this gig
Your n8n workflow was working yesterday and today it isn't. I'll find out why.
I work with self-hosted n8n daily, running production automation pipelines across dozens of API integrations. I've debugged most of the ways these break.
WHAT I FIX
- Broken or misconfigured nodes
- Failed API calls and authentication errors
- Webhooks that never fire or fire twice
- HTTP Request node issues, headers, pagination
- Expressions and JSON returning undefined
- Google Sheets, database and third-party integrations
- Workflows that crash on large datasets
- Docker and self-hosted n8n configuration problems
- Cron schedules that don't trigger
HOW IT WORKS
Send me your exported workflow JSON and a description of what's happening versus what you expected. I'll find the root cause, fix it, and explain what went wrong so it doesn't happen again.
WHAT YOU GET
A working workflow, a written explanation of the cause, and suggestions to prevent similar failures.
Not sure if your issue fits? Message me before ordering and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.

FAQ
What information do you need from me to get started?
I'll need read access to your workflow (you can export it as JSON), a description of the issue you're experiencing, and what behavior you expected instead. This helps me diagnose the problem accurately before making changes
Can you fix any n8n workflow, no matter how complex?
I specialize in diagnosing and fixing specific issues in existing workflows — broken nodes, failed API calls, webhook errors, and logic problems. For very large-scale or highly custom builds, feel free to message me first with details so I can confirm it's a good fit before you order.
Do you need access to my n8n instance, or just the workflow file?
In most cases, the exported workflow JSON is enough for diagnosis. If live testing is needed (e.g. an API connection issue), I may ask for temporary access — I'll never need your permanent credentials.
What if the fix doesn't fully solve my problem?
Each package includes revisions specifically for this reason. If the issue turns out to be more complex than initially described, I'll let you know before using up revisions unnecessarily, and we can discuss next steps.
