I build functional Android apps in Flutter from an agreed brief. You receive a tested APK and the Flutter source code.
BASIC: Up to 10 screens, 2 agreed offline features, clean UI and local data storage. No third-party services or advanced animation.
STANDARD: Up to 20 screens, 4 agreed offline features, custom visual design, an animated splash screen, up to 2 additional UI animations and an app icon. No third-party services.
PREMIUM: A scoped Android MVP with up to 25 screens and 5 agreed features. Includes custom UI, a backend with authentication and database, one AdMob integration, an app icon, source code, and submission to one eligible app store through your developer account. I can guide you through Play Console signup. You own and verify the account and pay its $25 registration fee and other third-party costs. Store approval and live ad serving depend on the platforms.
Premium includes 14 days of fixes for bugs in my delivered work. New features, paid APIs and ongoing hosting are quoted separately. Please send your feature list and references before ordering so we can confirm scope.

Do Basic and Standard need an internet connection?
No. Their agreed features use local device storage. They do not include Firebase, Google sign-in, online databases or external APIs.
Can I request any feature or animation?
We agree on the feature list before the order. Each package includes the stated number of features and animations. Additional work needs a separate quote.
Will you publish the app on Google Play?
Premium includes submission to one eligible store through your developer account. I can guide Play Console setup, but you own and verify the account and pay its registration fee. Store approval is not guaranteed.
Will AdMob ads start earning immediately?
Premium includes technical integration of one AdMob network. You need your own AdMob account. Ad serving and earnings depend on Google's review and requirements.
What changes are included after delivery?
The packages include 1, 2 or 3 revision rounds within the agreed scope. Premium also includes 14 days of fixes for bugs caused by my delivered code. New features cost extra.
