Hands-down 100% the worst service I’ve ever gotten from Fiverr. I thought the instructions were pretty easy and clear. I was looking for a book to be ready to upload into. KDP. Which is the service she provides. Lack of communication took about three weeks longer than it was supposed to in my final delivery...

Natalia or Marquez Heather whichever name she is using didnt deliver at all. The original delivery date for this project was May 30. Since then, there have been multiple missed deadlines, revised delivery commitments, and extended periods without communication. I didn't receive the files by the timeline...

I have soooo many typos in my book. its like she didn't even read the book. I had to basically edit the book myself. I feel like i wasted 360.00
