What kind of feedback will I receive?
Reader-focused feedback on pacing, character motivation, chemistry, emotional impact, worldbuilding, dialogue, continuity, confusion points, and engagement. Your package may also include inline reactions, chapter notes, and an overall report.
Does this include editing or proofreading?
No. I will read you manuscript and I may flag obvious errors or awkward phrasing if they interrupt my reading, but I won't systematically correct grammar, spelling, or sentence structure.
Will you suggest changes to my story?
I may explain why something confused me, dragged, felt rushed, or didn't land emotionally but I will not suggest rewrites. My goal is to give you a clear reader insight.
What genres do you enjoy most?
I especially love YA and New Adult fantasy, romantasy and romance with strong character arcs, slow-burn tension, emotional payoff, immersive worldbuilding, sharp banter, and memorable swoon moments.
What tropes do you enjoy?
Slow burn, rivals/enemies to lovers, forced proximity, protective MMCs, hurt/comfort, mutual yearning, found famiily and emotionally intense relationship are all very much my jam. That said, I’m open to reading outside my usual favorites too.
Are there any topics you won’t read?
I don’t accept manuscripts containing sexual content involving minors, incest, non-consensual sexual content, on-page sexual assault, or on-page animal abuse. Please disclose relevant content warnings before ordering.
Do you read explicit romance?
Yes. Adult romantic and sexual content is fine. If your manuscript contains particularly intense or potentially sensitive material, please include relevant content warnings when ordering.
Can I ask you to focus on specific concerns?
Please do. If you're worried about pacing, chemistry, worldbuilding, a particular character arc, whether a reveal lands, or anything else, tell me when you order. I'll keep those concerns in mind while reading.
What counts as a revision?
Your order covers feedback on the manuscript version you submit. I’m happy to clarify my comments or answer reasonable follow-up questions, but rereading newly revised chapters or a substantially changed manuscript would require a new order.
