Order Canceled
The delivery time was 20 days but I received the first update after a full month. After that update, there was no response or progress for another month. When he finally replied, he canceled the order. This level of unprofessional and non serious behavior is very disappointing.

Model was delivered after almost twice the estimated time with unseamed UVs that overlapped, textures were pixelated at 1024X1024 where textured. Due to the overlapping UV there are multiple points in the model that bad textures show where they shouldn't. They didn't bother texturing the hair at all...
